DG Phil Crawford installed by Director Ken Morgan
On June 30, 2005 Phil Crawford of The Rotary Club of Kinston was installed as the Honorable District Governor of Rotary District 7730 for the 2005-06 Rotary year. Rotary International Director Ken Morgan did the honors and also installed the District Leadership team.
This is the first year of the new century of Rotary and the leadership team under DG Phil’s direction are excited about moving District 7730 forward. DG Phil’s theme is to “Have Fun” in Rotary while serving humanity worldwide. Those in attendance enjoyed a wonderful banquet and fellowship at Five Star in Kinston. The night was marked by a special event as DG Phil and First Lady Lynn honored their children with Paul Harris Fellowship recognition.
As Rotarians we use the 4 Way Test in everything we think, say, and do in all avenues of our lives. This is the thread that binds Rotarians throughout the world.
4 Way Test
1. Is it the truth?
2. Is it fair to all concered?
3. Does it build good will and better friendships?
4. Is it beneficial to all concerned?
